Location:Gaza Office
Reports to: Operation Manager
Primary Functions:
Perform the function of Microfinance operations
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist the Operation Manager in:
Operations:
-Review loan applications.
-Monitoring field visits
-Recommends improvements to administrative systems and procedures when needed.
-Conducts administrative and other activities as deemed necessary by Supervisors.
-Ensures procedures and paperwork are completed as per program policies;
-Recommend and prepare cases for donors (babyloan, Rotary …etc.)
-Ensures timely accomplishment of field staffs work plans as needed
-Attend credit group meetings and loan disbursement as needed
-Follow up late payments as needed.
-Follow up legal actions with the lawyer as needed.
Administration:
-Perform deferent tasks (data entry, reports….etc.) using MIS ( Bisan system, excel sheets access…..etc.,) .
-Accomplish any other related task requested by her supervisor
Training:
-Develops and implements training plans for staff under his/her supervision.
-Develops and upgrades training for Credit Group (initial training, re-training, training on specific needs, etc.)
-Stays informed on best practices for training techniques, especially training of trainers.
· -Participates in staff training workshops as requested.
General:
-Assists in the development of proposals and reports as needed;
-Attends Asala general meetings as requested.
Minimum Qualification:
-Bsc. Business administration Major in Accounting
-2 years of experience.
-Report writing skills
-Full knowledge of using computer and internet
-Good command in English language
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to work in a team
-Ability to work in the field
